1. AI Disclosure

GodPhone features an AI companion called "The Source." The Source is an artificial intelligence powered by machine learning models. It is not a human being, licensed therapist, counselor, psychologist, psychiatrist, or medical professional of any kind.

The Source is designed for personal growth, self-reflection, and mindfulness. It does not provide medical advice, clinical diagnoses, psychological treatment, or professional counseling. GodPhone is a wellness and self-care tool — it is not licensed therapy and should never be treated as such.

2. Self-Harm Prevention Protocol

GodPhone maintains an active self-harm prevention protocol that is always engaged during every conversation. This protocol operates as follows:

Immediate Risk Detection: If a user expresses suicidal thoughts or plans, active self-harm, intent to harm others, domestic violence or abuse, or a medical emergency, the AI immediately:

Moderate Risk Detection: If a user expresses passive suicidal ideation, hopelessness, severe distress, or panic, the AI:

Non-Immediate Struggles: For users sharing grief, addiction, relationship difficulties, financial stress, loneliness, or other life challenges, the AI:

Backup Safety Net: In addition to AI-level detection, GodPhone employs keyword-based crisis signal detection as a backup safety mechanism to ensure that crisis signals are never missed, even if the AI model fails to respond appropriately.

4. What GodPhone Is Not

GodPhone is not a crisis intervention service.

While GodPhone actively monitors for signs of crisis and directs users to appropriate professional resources, it is not a substitute for emergency services, crisis hotlines, or professional mental health care. The AI does not have the ability to dispatch emergency services, contact third parties on your behalf, or provide clinical intervention.

If you are in crisis, please contact the resources listed above directly. Do not rely solely on GodPhone for crisis support.

5. Hypnotherapy Safety

GodPhone's hypnotherapy feature includes additional safety measures to ensure a safe and comfortable experience:

Contraindications Screening: Before using the hypnotherapy feature, users are screened for conditions that may be incompatible with guided hypnotherapy, including active psychosis, dissociative identity disorder, and uncontrolled epilepsy. Users who report these conditions are advised to consult a qualified healthcare professional before proceeding.

You Are Always in Control: During a hypnotherapy session, you remain fully aware and in control at all times. Hypnotherapy is a state of focused relaxation — you cannot be made to do anything against your will. You can open your eyes, move, or end the session at any point.

Emergency Exit: An emergency exit button is always available during hypnotherapy sessions. Pressing it immediately ends the session and returns you to the main screen. You are never locked into a session.

Abreaction Protocol: In the unlikely event that you experience emotional distress during a session (an "abreaction"), GodPhone provides grounding support:
